What does Palazzo Ballroom cost?
Palazzo pricing is available on request and depends on your event date and number of attendees. Send your event details using the quote-request form on the prices page.
What determines the price?
The event date and attendee count are essential. The written quote also confirms the catering, layout and styling you choose for that booking.
Is there a charge for a viewing or a quote?
No. Viewings and quotes are free, and nothing binds you until you confirm the quote.
Is Palazzo Ballroom more expensive than a hotel ballroom?

Halls and Capacity
How many guests does the venue hold?
More than 2,000 when the three halls are combined. For smaller occasions a single hall is booked, from about 100 guests.
Does the venue work for a small number, such as 100 or 150 guests?
Yes. You book one independent hall with its own entrance, so the event does not feel lost in a large room and you do not pay for space you do not need.
Are men and women fully separated?
Yes. Each section has its own hall, entrance and hospitality, and both run on the same night. The halls can be opened for the groom's entrance if you ask.
Do pillars block the view of the stage?
No. The stage is raised and the view from the seats is clear, as the venue photos show.
Packages and Services
What do I get for the per-guest price?
The equipped hall, the stage with its lighting, welcome coffee and dates, table styling and an event coordinator. The Royal Package adds the dinner buffet and full hospitality. See the comparison on the packages page.
Can I choose the buffet dishes?
Yes. The menu is designed to your taste and budget and fixed in the quote.
Are screens and sound available for videos or a bridal entrance?
Yes. The hall has a sound system, theatre lighting and projection screens.
Do you handle flowers and colours?
Table styling and lighting in your chosen colours are included. Fresh flowers and custom designs are priced on request.
Booking and Viewings
What are the steps to book?
A WhatsApp message with the type of event, the number and the date; a viewing if you want one; then a written quote the same day. When you confirm the quote, the date is held under a booking agreement with venue management.
How far ahead should I book?
For weddings, three to six months, especially Thursday and Friday nights, summer and the weeks after Ramadan. For graduations, three months before the season; for company iftars, two months before Ramadan. For a near date, message us anyway as it may be free.
When can I view the venue?
Every day from 3 pm to 11 pm. It is best to set a time first so the coordinator is there to meet you.
Do I pay anything through the website?
No. No payments are taken through the website. Payment terms are set out in the booking agreement.
Location and Getting There
What is the address?

Is there enough parking for a large event?
There is ample parking directly outside the venue for your guests.
How far is it from the airport?
About 18 km from Terminal 1 of King Abdulaziz International Airport.
Conferences and Corporate Events
Do you issue formal quotes for organisations?
Yes. Companies and organisations receive a formal quote the day they ask. See corporate events.
What is the smallest event you host?
A workshop or training course for about 50 to 100 people in a single hall.
Can our logo be displayed in the hall?
Yes, on the projection screens, with lighting in your brand colours and directional signage.
Is there a second hall for lunch or parallel workshops?
Yes. Because the three halls are independent, one can hold the main session and another lunch or breakout workshops. See the conference hall page.
