Celebration Package: Family Weddings and Engagements
The starting point for anyone who wants a fully equipped hall with no extras. It covers one hall, the bridal stage and main stage with lighting, a welcome of Arabic coffee and dates, table styling and lighting, and separate men's and women's sections if you need them. It suits family weddings, engagements, nikah ceremonies and occasions from about a hundred guests, and dinner can be added. Royal Package: The Full Experience
Our most requested package, built for large weddings that bring both extended families together. The three halls open into one space for more than two thousand guests, and the price includes the luxury dinner buffet, hospitality all evening, décor and styling in your colours, and a team that runs the night from first arrival to last farewell. Palazzo pricing is available on request and depends on your event date and number of attendees.
Business Package: Conferences and Corporate Events
This one is built around the stage rather than the bridal backdrop: stage setup and projection screens, sound and lighting, a registration and reception area, coffee breaks, and seating arranged to suit the programme, from theatre rows to banquet rounds. A package is a starting point, not a fixed template. These are the changes people ask for most.

How to Choose the Right Package
Three questions settle it in most cases:
- How many guests? For small and medium numbers the Celebration Package in one or two halls is enough. For large numbers that need all three halls combined, the Royal Package is the natural choice.
- Is dinner part of the event? If it is, the Royal Package includes it in one per-guest price, which is simpler than contracting an outside kitchen and coordinating delivery and service.
- Is the event social or professional? Professional events need screens, registration and coffee breaks more than a bridal stage, which is what the Business Package is designed for.

Dinner is included in the Royal Package; welcome coffee and dates are included in Celebration, with dinner available on request. Your tailored written quote confirms the chosen menu and price.
Can a package be customised?
Yes. The menu, colours, stage design and number of halls can all be changed, and whatever you add or remove is shown in the written quote.
Are fresh flowers included?
Table styling and lighting are included. Fresh flowers and custom designs are priced on request because their cost changes with type and quantity.
Which package suits a wedding of 300 guests?
Usually the Celebration Package, with dinner added if you want it. Send the date and guest count and we will quote it both ways, with and without dinner, so you can compare.
