By using palazzopalace.com or purchasing from the Plazzio shop, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

• The Plazzio shop sells downloadable digital files (PDF), delivered instantly via a download link after payment.
• Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals; the equivalent amount is charged in US Dollars through Creem.io, acting as Merchant of Record.
• Your purchase grants a non-exclusive personal-use license. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or modify the files for resale.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned" after download. If your download link never arrived, a file is defective, or you were charged twice, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or refund you.

Venue bookings

Venue inquiries and bookings are handled via WhatsApp or phone and are subject to a separate booking agreement made directly with venue management. No booking payments are taken through this website.

Limitation of liability

Files are provided "as is" as organizational aids; we are not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from their use. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when published on this page.
