Plenty of venues can put tables in a room. A banquet hall in Jeddah that works for a formal dinner needs four things to be right at once, and they are worth checking in any venue you consider.

Three Halls, One Banquet
The venue has three halls. For a dinner of a hundred or two you take one. For a larger guest list the halls open into each other, and with all three combined the room seats more than 2,000 at round tables around a single stage. You book the space your numbers need, which is the practical difference between an independent banquet hall and a fixed-size hotel ballroom. Planning the Dinner Itself
Buffet or Served?
The dinner buffet is the standard arrangement in our packages: food stations that guests visit, with a menu built around your choices and budget. A buffet suits mixed tastes and long evenings. If your event calls for dishes brought to the tables instead, say so when you ask for the quote and the coordinator will confirm what can be arranged. Either way the menu is written into the quote dish by dish.
How Many Tables?
A round banquet table usually seats ten. Divide your confirmed guest count by ten, add a table or two for late confirmations, and you have the number to plan around. The layout then has to leave three things clear: the view of the stage from every table, aisles for service, and space for the buffet lines. We draw that plan with you at the viewing.

Timing a Banquet
A seated dinner with a programme runs best in four parts: arrival and welcome hospitality, the programme or speeches, dinner, and a short close. The common mistake is to let the programme run long while guests wait to eat. Agree the hour the buffet opens and work backwards from it. Your coordinator keeps the evening to that schedule.
Banquet Hall or Hotel Ballroom?
Hotel ballrooms are convenient when guests are staying in the hotel and the party is a few hundred at most. For larger numbers three things tend to favour an independent hall: capacity beyond what most hotel ballrooms offer, parking that is not shared with the hotel's other guests, and a booking sized to your guest count rather than to a minimum spend. We have no guest rooms, so if accommodation on site is essential a hotel remains the right answer. The other occasions we host are listed on event venues in Jeddah.
