Is a Hall the Right Size for Your Party?
Anyone searching for a party hall in Jeddah should settle one question before looking at rooms: how many people are coming? The answer decides the kind of venue, and being honest about it saves money.

Our smallest booking is one hall for about a hundred guests. We would rather tell a party of forty to book a restaurant than take a booking that leaves a hall half empty.
Parties We Host
- Engagement and marriage-contract parties. A bridal stage, a short programme and hospitality, usually for 100 to 250 guests.
- Graduation parties. For a family celebrating one graduate, or a class celebrating together. Larger ceremonies are covered on graduation halls.
- Milestone celebrations. A retirement, a significant anniversary, a homecoming.
- Family reunions and Eid gatherings. The extended family in one room, with tables by household.
- Company parties. A staff celebration, a farewell, a team reward night. For formal dinners with awards see gala dinners.
- Community and club events. Association evenings, alumni nights, cultural celebrations.
Events are held in line with local custom and regulations. Where men and women are to be hosted separately, two halls with their own entrances run side by side on the same night.

Planning a Party in Five Decisions
- The number. Write the list first. It sets the hall and the cost.
- The night. Sunday to Wednesday costs less than Thursday and Friday, and a private party rarely needs a weekend.
- The meal. Refreshments only, or dinner. This is the largest single difference in price.
- The programme. Thirty minutes of something on the stage is plenty: a speech, a film, a cake. The rest of the evening belongs to the guests.
- The look. Pick two colours and let the lighting carry them. The Grand Hall's golden dome and crystal chandeliers do much of the decorating for you.
